Warning, which is in effect until 6 PM EST this evening.
* AFFECTED AREA...Luzerne, Lackawanna, Southern Wayne, and Pike
Counties.
* WIND...West at 10 to 15 mph, gusting to 20 to 25 mph.
* HUMIDITY...As low as 30%.
* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
